How to Cook Lagman in a Multivariate

Ingredients

• 700 g of meat pulp;
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
• 1 onion;
• 3 tomatoes;
• 2 carrots;
• 2 potatoes;
• 1 Bulgarian pepper;
• sweet ground paprika, black ground pepper, salt - to taste;
• 2 cloves garlic;
• 1 glass of water;
• 1 bunch of dill or parsley;
• 200 g of noodles for Lagman.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the meat into small cubes and place in the bowl of the multivarker. Add the vegetable oil. Turn on the "Fry" mode (15-20 minutes) and close the lid. Open it a couple of times to mix.

Cut the onions into half rings, tomatoes into cubes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add them to the meat, stir and fry.

Cut the diced carrots, potatoes, bell peppers and put them into the multivariate. Add paprika, black pepper, salt and garlic. Pour hot water and mix. Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45-50 minutes.

Finely chop the greens. When the waja is ready, sprinkle it with herbs.

In boiling water, throw the noodles and cook for 10-15 minutes. In the plates put the ready-made noodles and meat with vegetables.
