Lime Daiquiri: Drink for a very different mood
Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 60 ml of light rum;
- 30 ml of lime juice;
- 15 ml of sugar syrup;
- ice.
Cooking
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake to cool and pour into cocktail glasses, strain it through a sieve or strainer. Glasses need to be pre-cooled.
