Reviewing the recipe heritage of my mother, I got this exquisite recipe very easy to prepare, and which I want to share with you, hoping that it is to your liking.

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 small tomatoes

• 3/4 of chopped cucumbers

• 2 tablespoons of paprika

• 2 tablespoons of chives

• 1 cup of ricotta

• 1 cup of cooked sauce

• 1 cup of whipping cream

• stuffed olives

• lettuce or watercress

• 1 teaspoon salt.

PREPARATION :

Wash the tomatoes, peel them and remove them from the center and discard.

Garnish with salt, to taste and place them on a tray and refrigerate.

Chop the cucumber, paprika and chives.

Mix and add the ricotta.

Add 3 tablespoons of dressing and fill in the tomato halves.

Place the tomatoes in a refrigerator dish again.

Beat the cream, and pour over the tomatoes.

Refrigerate for two hours and serve them over a nest of watercress or lettuce, finally you can garnish with stuffed olives.
