Chinese Style Lemon Stir-Fried Tofu Recipe

　Hey guys, this is @ramengirl. I've making healthy food a lot recently, the reason why I'm eating more healthy these days is because I feel not good after I ate meat, and I often get stomachache so I'm trying to eat lots of veggies as many as possible. Today's recipes is going to be Chinese style lemon tofu stir-fry. I used lemon instead of vinegar so it taste so fresh! Let's get started!

Lemon Tofu Stir-fry

_{Prep: 15mins

Cook: 15mins}

Ingredients:

_{• 1 tofu

• 1/2 broccoli

• 1/2 onion

• 1/2 red bell pepper

• 1/2 chopped garlic

• 1/2 chopped ginger

• 4 tablespoon of soy sauce

• 1/2 lemon

• 2 tablespoon oyster sauce

• 2 tablespoon honey or sugar

• 1 table spoon of cornstarch powder

Course:

_{1. Wash tofu in cold water and remove the water with a kitchen towel. Cut into cube shape and put it in a bowl and mix with starch powder. Put coconut oil in pan and fry tofu. When the surface of the tofu is crispy, move it to a plate. Cut the red bell pepper, and broccoli, onion also in cube shape but slightly bigger than tofu.}
_{2. Put coconut oil in a new pan and fry chopped garlic and ginger, and add onions, red bell pepper, and broccoli.}
_{3. Now it's time to add the sauce, put 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a little black pepper and the tofu we made in the pan, mix it evenly with vegetables. Finished!}

I made egg fried brown rice, I thought it will be good together with stir-fried tofu and I was right hehe. The combination was perfect!! I hope you guys enjoy this healthy recipe. Thanks :)
