material -

Pineapple - 3/4 cups (100 grams) (finely chopped)
Pineapple Paste - 3/4 Cups (100 grams)
Semolina - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Sugar - 1/2 cup (125 grams)
Ghee - 1/2 cup (100 gms)
Almond - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Cashews - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Cardamom (powder) - 4 to 5
Pistachios - 8 to 10 (finely chopped)

Method -

Pineapple Piece
Cut the pineapple into thick and thin pieces. Put these chopped pineapple into a mixer jar and grind it and make a fine paste.

Roast semolina
To roast semolina, keep the pan on the gas and put more than half the ghee in it. After melting the Ghee, add semolina in the pan and stir it continuously with the lard and fry it on medium flame until golden brown.

When the semolina turns golden brown, the ghee starts to separate, and the smell starts coming, then the semolina has been frozen, take it out in a plate and close the gas.

Make pudding
Put pineapple paste in the pan and put it on the gas. Add sugar to the paste and cook until it dissolves in sugar pineapple.

After the sugar dissolves, put the pieces of pineapple cut into the pan. Cook them with sugar dissolves and pancreat regularly until they are soft. After that, add 2 cups of water to the pan and after that, put semolina and stir it with a little bit of cottage. Cook the halva on slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes, till the semolina flowering.

Then, do the gas on a medium flame and stir the turmeric again with a pinch. After this, add half-cut almonds, cashews and cardamom powder to the halwa. Mix all the ingredients together until the halwa is thickened.

Pudding is ready, add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it. Close the gas and remove the halva in a plate.

To garnish the halva, add 1 tbsp ghee, remaining chopped cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios to the top. Pineapple pudding full of sweetness is ready, serve it in any party. Pineapple pudding remains eatable for 3 to 4 days in the fridge.
