Broccoli - 300 grams (flower of a broccoli)
Tomatoes - 150 grams (3 tomatoes medium size)
Potato - 150 gm (2 potatoes)
Ginger - 1 inch long piece
Black Pepper - 7-8

Butter - 1 1/2 tablespoon

Method -
Wash broccoli pieces thoroughly with water. Keep it warm in a vessel so that the broccoli pieces are immersed in it. After boiling water, put broccoli stalks in water and cover them. After 2 minutes, stop the fire. Cover the broccoli pieces for 5 minutes.
Wash tomatoes, cut into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin pieces. Peel the stalk of broccoli and peel it. Peel ginger and make small pieces.
Heat a table spoon butter in another pot and heat it. Add black pepper, long and lentils to the butter and lightly fry them. Put the pieces of tomatoes, potatoes and broccoli stalks, and add some water, cover them, keep them cooked. After 6-7 minutes, after opening the lid, the potatoes have become soft, if not, then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Close the fire When cooled, grind the soft potato tomato masala and half-blown broccoli pieces, grind them fine.
