There are a lot of vitamins C, A, B, E, N in the strawberry. There are macro elements: potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium. Also in berries are trace elements such as iron, selenium, copper, zinc and others. And most importantly: strawberries have a very low calorie content - 100 g only 37 kcal. Since strawberries have a beneficial effect on peristalsis of the intestine, it is considered one of the best means of constipation. Strawberry helps to strengthen immunity, improve the condition of the skin, joints and blood vessels.

Ingredients: 6 biscuit cakes of elongated form (svoyardi), 100 g of strawberry, 200 g of cream cheese, 1 egg, powdered sugar to taste, mint leaves.
