Cream soup with garlic croutons

Ingredients:
8 young potatoes,
2 onions,
1 liter of broth (or water),

For toast: 300 g of white bread, 2-3 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil.

Method of preparation: chop onion and fry in butter until golden in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add sliced ​​potatoes, mustard seeds. To fry. Add the broth and cook until the potatoes are ready. Using a blender, turn the soup into a puree. Add the cheese. Mix. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with garlic toast.
