Beet rolls with spicy curd filling
Ingredients
- 1 beet;
- some vegetable oil;
- salt - to taste;
- a few tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- ground cumin - to taste;
- several sprigs of cilantro;
- ¼ – ½ green hot pepper.
Cooking
Cut the beets in the same thin circles. Fry them in hot oil for about 40 seconds. Season with salt.
Add cumin, salt, chopped cilantro leaves, finely chopped hot pepper to the curd and mix. Spread the curd mass on the beet circles and roll each of them with a roll.
