Delicious homemade minced meat
Ingredients
- 900 g minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- Cup chopped basil, cilantro or parsley;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder - to taste.
Cooking
Put the frying pan to warm up on medium heat.
Oil does not need to add. Cut the onion, then mix all the ingredients in a bulk bowl until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Fry minced meat for 3 minutes, without touching, and only then mix. The dish will be ready when there are no pink pieces.
Ready minced meat can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a week, every day using part of it for cooking other dishes.
