    Cumin seeds - jeera- half a teaspoon


    Fenugreek seeds - metthi seeds - half a teaspoon


    Turmeric powder - turmeric powder - half a teaspoon


    Red Chilli Powder - Red Chilly Powder - One quarter teaspoon


    Salt-salt- 1 1/2 teaspoon or flavor


    Green Chilli - green chilly-2 or 3 (finely chopped)


    Green coriander - green dhaniya - a table spoon (finely chopped).


    For frying pakodas - Oil - refined oils


Pokoda Curry Recipe - Know how to make Besan Pakoda Curry Recipe

First to make Kadhi, first remove the gram flour in a crockery and make a thick mixture of gram flour from the help of water. Fill the gram flour properly. Divide the fated solution into two equal parts.


For pakos - Pakodiyo ke liye

Put oil in a pan and heat it. If the oil becomes hot, then make a part of the gram flour (pakodiya) (make pakodiya (help of spoon) to make a paste of gram flour from a little bit of gram flour, put 5 to 6 pakodas at a time. Put oil in the form of oil (fry as many you want), round round pakodi with help of kadchi, fry till brown and take out in the plate. Similarly, all gram flour pakodi ( besan ki pakodiya).


For Curry Slurry - For Curry

Stir the curd in a bowl, mix remaining remaining gram flour in curd, and add about 1.2 liters of water (water) in it. Put 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, remove all the oil, heat the oil, add asafetida, methi and cumin (jeera) in hot oil, after the cumin seeds become brown, turmeric powder, Add red chilli powder and green chilli, put yogurt in the spices and mix it with a spoon, keep stirring it with a spoon until it becomes thick mixture and the solution does not get boiled. After the boil comes in the solution, put the papules and run it with a spoon, after boiling again in the curry, add salt and add salt to it, stirring the curry with a spoon (stop) ) do it. Let the curry cook on a low flame for 12-15 minutes, but keep it running after 2-3 minutes. You will see that gram flour is coming towards the top corners. Pakoda's curry has become.


Kadi (Punjabi Kadi with Pakora) is ready. Take the kadhi in the bowl with the curry. Decorate with dhaniya, chopped green coriander from above. Serve hot and served with rice, rice, or chapati (serve and eat) and eat.
