material -
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup thin-sliced capsicum
salt to taste
For sharp dressing
1 1/2 t-spoon oil
1 t-spoon crushed garlic
2 t-spoon vinegar
1 t-spoon soy sauce
1/2 t-spoon sugar
1/2 t-spoon red chilli powder
1 1/2 table-spoon roasted peanut powder
salt to taste
to decorate
1 table-spoon finely chopped green onion leaves
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Method -
For sharp dressing
Heat oil in small non-stick pan, add garlic and fry for 15 seconds on medium flame.
Keep it cool with flame
Mix well, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, red chilli powder, peanuts and spinach. Put aside.
Pour bean sprouts, sharp dressing and salt in a bowl and lightly mix them.
Serve immediately or serve cold by placing it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
