Refresh your soul
Sometimes you get stuck in a situation, which could be chocking you, you may feel like things ain't falling in place but apart, you may feel like shutting yourself away from people or isolating yourself so that you do not interact with people.
All you need is to let it all out, just like a computer when it's stuck just refresh it, you too refresh your soul forget about everything and start afresh stop loading yourself with issues, nature will take care of it.
