A lot of things in relationship will take you out of your comfort zone. You don’t need to reiterate it to your partner to make him or her see what you have given up. Everyone can see it, so don’t make it look like you are doing him or her favour. It is just the natural thing that is expected to be done in a relationship or marriage. Stop lording it over and don’t keep waiting for thank you, even though your partner should learn how to say thank you. Maybe he or she doesn’t say thank you due to your attitude after you have done something remarkable for him or her and you keep bragging about it. Always know that, these things are normal for you to do them in marriage or relationship, so get over yourself.
You need to learn to move on for the sake of your sanity when things go awful; and this is me advising the lady that brought about this topic. Life is uncertain. In this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes haha (even at that, some people still find a way to avoid paying tax haha). You need to have better perspectives. I have learned that, the accumulation of hurts I have experienced in relationships has prepared me for moments like this. It has shaped my thinking and strengthened my heart. No man can take that away from me.
To the young lady who felt the guy isn’t into her anymore, just let go. For the sake of your sanity and peace, you don’t need someone who will stress you out emotionally, if he truly cares about you. This clearly shows he doesn’t care about you as much as he claimed. It was easy for him to love you because you were staying in the same place and now when distance came, he showed his true state. Are you sure this is someone you really want to spend the rest of your life with; someone that loves you only when it is convenient for him? I don’t think so.
Someone suggested she beg the guy. I was surprised. Beg him, because she cheated or because of what? That is selling yourself short and he will still take discount on it haha. Never sell yourself short. Never allow someone control your emotions at will and leave you in a state of insecurity. Don’t give anyone that much power.
