Deuteronomy 15:10
Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.

What this verse is telling us is that we should always give to people who ask anything from us as long we can afford it.why should we be so stingy with little thing we have even though we were given freely by the one who created everything(God) because everything has reward.
Even bible say giver never lack..
