Lord Buddha is the creator of Region Buddhist.
His original name was "Siddhartha". It was veshakh purnima night when he entered into deep Samadhi (superconscious state) underneath that sacred Bo-tree (Pipal tree or ficus religiosa).Mara tried hard to stop Siddharth.But he did not give up.He came out victorious with full illumination. He attained Nirvana (liberation).
Gautama is the primary figure in Buddhism. He is believed by Buddhists to be an enlightened teacher who attained full Buddhahood and shared his insights to help sentient beings end rebirth and suffering.
I am also a Buddhist.
