Today I would like to look at Proverbs 15 verse 15
15)All the days of the afflicted are bad,
But a glad heart has a continual feast.
Our attitude towards life, determines our personality. We cannot choose what happens to us, but we can choose what our attitude will be in each situation. Regardless the circumstances we can choose to have a happy heart and outlook to life.
(We find homeless people who are very happy and the supper rich that are constantly depressed as an example of how your attitude towards life can give us happiness or constant sadness)

That is true for someone to have a happy heart and be happy always he must have Jesus Christ as his personal lord and saviour and thinks more of the things of God and his righteousness @rynow
