New Roof! - Finally Done....
So finally the new roof is finished and we can sleep easy knowing that our house is water proof and not rotting away anymore.
Looks good doesn't it!
I now have to get around the house and seal and paint the fascia boards white to match the rest of the house and patch up the remaining paint work that needs to be done. It has been a labour of love..... NOT! But eventually we will have a house that is looking the goods and not needing anymore work for a while.....
Oh wait, I forgot I have a wife...... Next is the pool area with a new patio and concrete edging and then I think she said a new stair case and then the bathroom and toilet upstairs and........ Hopefully it will all be done by the time we sell in 20 years!
