Regards!! Community of Steemianos, I am very pleased to share with you a topic that today we have had to see and experience very closely. We all know that Venezuela has always had cases of malnutrition in vulnerable populations such as indigenous people, due to its culture and customs, this situation is currently extended to the entire population, affecting the rest of the social classes that live in our country. The scarce nutrition has profound effects on the physical, psychomotor and intellectual health, it is also the main cause of mortality in the early childhood of the individual.

I decided to share with you my particular opinion on the subject, because I feel directly involved with the situation we are living in. Circumstances that have made us fall into a hamster race, a vicious circle that is not easy to cut, but neither impossible to break.

There are countries with hunger, where their economic level is very low, presenting a high degree of illiteracy and deficient physical situations. This situation results in the formation of a circle that can be described as follows: Starts with Poverty, Hunger and ends with Diseases.

Overpopulation and malnutrition go hand in hand and affect many countries of the world. A search for new food resources, a balanced distribution of the population and a good administration of the natural and economic resources of each region are essential to prevent hunger from becoming a serious problem.

When a country, state or population has a low economic level, its ability to maintain its inhabitants with optimal levels of health is low, because it can not cover all basic welfare needs, because wages are below the cost of the basic basket and families suffer the consequences, for not being able to cover their own needs. This situation creates in the society problems of nutritional deficit, low educational performance, physical and psychological diseases, low quality and human performance.

It is clear that to end the continuity of a circle is to cut its fluidity at its most vulnerable point; in this case increase the economic productivity of each individual, family, community and population is vital and necessary to start generating and see positive changes in our universal economy since having more production increase wages, we improve the quality of life by providing a balanced diet to our children and contributing to cultivate healthier people that provide quality human energy, thus increasing the productivity of each nation.

As a personal opinion and to conclude, Our country has fallen into the vicious circle of misery and change this reality is in our hands, we as a people must return to our roots and remember that our grandparents and beyond, the bloodlines, They formed men and women loved, appreciated and respected by the whole world, for being a people of struggle, values, helpful, welcoming, hospitable, workers, entrepreneurs and beyond the deficiencies that affect us today and has changed markedly, I am sure that in the deepest part of our being, the Venezuelan nobleman still lives, capable of changing his stars, those of those around us and the world!!
