Computer Gaming World was the best computer games magazine there was, at least for PC games though it covered other computers as well. In the early 1990s it was just hitting its stride. The December 1992 issue includes:

Just wondering, did you ever hear or use a program for the Commodore 64 called HES MON?

I've heard of it but I never really did much with ML on the C64 so I never used it.

I have been playing around with it but I haven't got it figured out yet.
