DieHard GameFan, later just GameFan, was one of many video game magazines of the 1990s. It advertised itself as the "Next Generation Video Game Magazine" but it wasn't one I read a lot. The January 1994 issue includes:
- Editorial Zone
- Hocus Pocus
- Most Wanted
- Viewpoint
- The Adventures of Monitaur
- DHNN
- Sega Sector
- Golden Megawards
- Planet SNES
- GameFan Sports
- PC Engine
- Marty
- CD 32
- PC LD
- 3DO - The Future of Gaming
- Jaguar's Domain
- Hands On
- Quarter Crunchers
- Graveyard

Montaur salutes his flag! I absolutely loved Diehard Gamefan as a teenager. Their layouts were beyond insane, with more pictures in most features than every other magazine combined when writing about the same game. Their section on Japan-only software also wooed my eyes and got me interested in the import scene once I was old enough to understand how region locks and all that stuff worked.
Too modest to mention your work in the reboot (issue #6, I believe) several years ago, I see.
