Review - Exodus Wallet
The Exodus crypto wallet is a free online wallet that is easy to use and thoroughly recommended.
I have been using my Exodus crypto wallet for a little while now, and I thought it was about time to tell you about it.
First thing, and most importantly, is that it's really easy to use, even for newbies like me. That's important, because crypto/blockchain stuff can be quite tricky and confusing.
The display is clean, attractive and understandable.
Secondly, it has a great range of crypto to buy, sell and store, including Bitcoin, Litecoin, EOS and Ethereum. It also allows for storage (although not a market capability) of a whole range of ERC20 tokens. These are cryptos launched on the Ethereum blockchain.
Again, this is really important, especially for newbies. Because what it means is that you don't need to send your crypto outside the wallet to transact. Really useful.
Thirdly, their support service is quick and very helpful.
There are a few very little criticisms (more suggestions really).
Firstly, it is a little too easy to make a transaction in the wallet. Once you hit the 'exchange' button, that's it. It's happening. Bare in mind too that this is where the Exodus people make their money. They take a fee for sending crypto and for buying and selling in the wallet - but this is all up-front and clear.
I would prefer it however if there was the ability to opt in for a 'are you sure you wanna do this?' kind of message prior to committing.
Secondly, it's a crypto wallet that is stored on your computer. If you do use Exodus, or are thinking of downloading it, remember to disconnect your computer from the net when it's not in use.
And remember to change your passwords regularly and store them safely (not on the computer!).
No-one wants to wake up one morning to learn they've been hacked. So be careful!

I use it, it is super friendly I agree. I probably should shift some coins off of it to a hardware wallet. waiting for the EOS change over first... not long now.
I am actually recommending friends to download Exodus so I can send them some coins for fun. Great way for them to become involved.
