Review of the series "Vangelia" (2013)

The Russian premiere of the twelve-part feature film "Vangelia" (series), created by the joint production of Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian filmmakers in the genre of biographical drama, took place on September 18, 2013.
I don't remember which channel showed this series, I watched it mostly online via the Internet.

As you may have guessed, it will focus on the fate of a wonderful woman who was spoken about throughout the world during his lifetime, and do not cease to remember after her death.
I guess now talking about it even more, remembering her prediction that come true up to one, although many of those she was warned about the different kinds of disasters, didn't believe it.
The plot begins with Vanga's childhood, which took place in the mountainous regions of Bulgaria. Hurricane, suddenly swept in the mountains, caught the girl, spun her and took her to another place.
The result of this Vanga was a complete loss of vision. But God gave her a special inner vision that allowed her to see the future.
For advice to her addressed the great world: the leaders of States, party and public figures. She did not refuse to help ordinary people. At her house, several dozen people were constantly waiting for their turn.
There is no sense to retell here a plot of this series, it is better to look at it. Believe me, you will find here a lot of interesting things, and most importantly - touch the world legend, get to know the person who will be remembered for a long time, more than one century.
The film starred Elena Yakovleva, Irina Rakhmanova, Natalia Nikolaeva, Dasha Otroshko, Christina Pakarina, Karina Andolenko, Taisia Vilkova, Evgeny Knyazev, Anatoly Bely, Daniel Belykh and other actors who played great. It looked quite authentic and quite real.
Shooting took place in the most beautiful places in Bulgaria. There are special effects in it, a little bit, but they are good enough. In particular, the one that accompanied the hurricane, after which little Vanga lost his sight.
Many critics, as, actually, and the audience, argue about how accurately this series reflects the historical reality...
And who knows exactly what happened and how? Most importantly, the main events of the life of the famous prophetess were covered, and the details... are they really that important? And the style of the film also includes some departure from the dry facts.
The series I really like, I have it scheduled to watch again.
