I should get this one. I inherited a large mineral collection from my late grandfather some years ago, but don't know much about the various samples. I hope your daughter will keep the interest up!

    Was it locally found minerals, or from around the world? I think it is a bit of a passing phaze with my daughter, but you never know. She loves walking along the beach looking for pretto stones and fossils
