Autograph helmet live break?

I have some autographed full size helmets and minis. I would like to figure out a way to do giveaways. Like 10 bucks to enter and have 30 spots or something. Once all the slots are filled I will put all the names into a live randomizer and screen it live. So everyone will know it'd done fair and transparent. Does anyone have suggestions or could help make a dapp? I know the main issue will be needing a address to ship it which causes privacy concerns for many in crypto.
A solution to this would be ideal. I just would like to combine two passions and have a way people could have some fun with their crypto. Thank you all.
