100 Years of History. Happy National Day Romania!

It's like yesterday I learned about our national day about the Romanian principalities that unified on December 1918 and what that meant for us. On this date, one hundred years ago, Romanians sang for the first time our current national anthem and shouted "Long live Romania". It was the time when people having the same blood running through their veins celebrated all over the country for one country. There was no division anymore and all of them became the citizens of one country, Romania. A century after that we are still celebrating our national day all over the country and some even travel from distant foreign countries to be here on this particular day. Now, Romania might not be the greatest country in the world but it is our country, our mother to whom we always come back and it is not it to be blamed for the bad, but us. However, today is a beautiful but cold day to celebrate. It's about -5°C outside but the sun is strong and the air is fresh so I headed also to the center of my town to get some National Day vibes and for sure it felt good. For all of you Romanians that are following me wish you LA MULTI ANI ROMANIA and for the rest non-romanians I wish you a great weekend and a sunny day wherever you might be.
