Tajiya [muharram]

Muharram is the first month of the Islamic year ie the Hijri. It is also a Muslim festival. Hijri Sun is born this month. This month is included in the four sacred months of Islam. The Messenger of Allah, Hazrat Muhammad has called this month the month of Allah. In addition, this important statement of fasting in this month has been made. According to Ibn Abbas, the companion of Hazrat Muhammad, Hazrat Muhammad said that those who kept the 9th day of Muharram, the sins of two years are forgiven, and the reward of one of the Muharram roses (fruits) gets equal to 30 days. Goya is that lots of food should be kept in the month of Muharram. This is not necessarily compulsory everyday, but Muharram is very good for everyday.
