Самый старый каменный дом Челябинска

Этот дом стоит на самом оживленном перекрестке города. Стоит, надо сказать , довольно незаметно. Белый, давно не ремонтируемый, без мемориальной доски. А ведь это самый старый каменный дом в городе (из сохранившихся). Хозяева дома были не то что не из последних, а из самых что ни на есть первых. Конечно, он дошел до нас не в своем первоначальном виде, но это и не удивительно. Дом был построен в начале 19 века. И вот ведь что интересно, сохранилась история его постройки..
