This ingredient will serve as a great addition to the salad with beef and shallots, as a side dish to steak or ribs, as well as any other dish that will only benefit from their amazing taste.

Ingredients:
Beef-500 gr.
Soy sauce-125 gr.
Asian fish sauce-85 gr.
Sugar-14 gr.
Salt-5 gr.
Oil for frying-if necessary.

  1. Cut the meat into strips 10 cm high, 4 cm long and 1.2 cm wide.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except oil) and place in a vacuum bag.
  3. leave in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
  4. Drain and Pat the meat with a paper towel.
  5. Place the meat on a plate, leave at least 2 cm of space between them.
  6. Cook the meat in the microwave, 800 W for 3-5 minutes, not forgetting to turn over and soak with a towel. The pieces should become brown and dry.
  7. Heat the oil in a saucepan to 180 C.
  8. using tweezers, separate the meat fibers.
  9. Fry the meat fibers in oil for 1 minute.
  10. Dry and serve hot.
