3 Rules That Should Be Followed By Everyone!

If you want to do something efficiently, you'll have to educate yourself on the rules and actually follow them. The case with life is pretty similar. I mean, we all have different backgrounds, different ethnicity, different language and different way of thinking but the great part is that it doesn't anything and proves that there are some rules to follow in life regardless of such differences.

The life is all about free-will and that's why I won't try to force you to do something because that's completely on you whether you want to follow these rules or not. Some people really want to enjoy freedom, no matter if what they are being told is good for themselves but their flawed definition of freedom prevent them to follow some basic rules in life.

As I mentioned in the beginning, if you want to spend your life efficiently and want to make the most out of it, you'll have to follow certain rules. At this point, you probably have your own made rules already such as some daily habits and probably you're missing on a few important rules that should be followed? In this article, we'll discuss some important rules that should be followed in life. You can simply add them to your list of rules and remove the existing rules that contradict the following rules.

# 1 - Strictly Follow Your Sleeping Schedule & Rise Up On Time

The night is made for us to take some rest by the God and therefore, it is important to not waste the time by watching the movies, especially not during the week. If you cheat your sleeping schedule for just a single day and take 6 hours of sleep instead of 8, you'll have to regret for the whole week since you won't get time to cover those 2 hours that you missed just because of a movie.

The day is made for us by God to find the money that is written by Him for us. One of the many examples is your office timing. You cheat your sleeping schedule only once during the week and you end up paying for it for at least 5 days. Enough consequences, sleeping and rising up on time won't only help you stay fresh but will also make you feel more energized and powerful, and your stress and depression level will also be reduced.

# 2 - Never Cheat On Your Diet Plan

Cheating on your diet plan is the worst thing you can do. Cheating on the diet plan destroys all the efforts that you had put. All of these things come down to one thing and if you want to know the rule in plain words then it's all about your health and that includes mental and physical health.

Make sure that you burn enough calories in a day and do your best to stay away from all kind of junk food. Yes, junk foods may taste so delicious but let's admit that taste is the second priority while health is the first.

# 3 - Make a List of Not-To-Do Things

Admit it, we all commit mistakes knowingly and that's probably because of lack of emotions or an unclear vision. By setting up a Not-To-Do list, you'll be able to motivate yourself to not repeat your mistakes. List the things that usually annoy you and sign the page.

Not enough to just prepare a Not-To-Do list, just like you should affirm yourself daily, you'll have to remind yourself of things that shouldn't be done by reading that list on daily basis. With time, you'll feel yourself stronger and will be able to fight with emotions that make you commit those mistakes.
