2018个人第一个马拉松顺利完赛

昨天参了2018杨陵国际马拉松，顺利完赛，比赛成绩345，虽然没能PB但是已经相当满意！这是我2018年的首马，比赛之前准备特别不充分，所以能有这个成绩，已经相当满意，下一个马拉松是兰马，必须要加倍努力了，力争PB，今年一定要把姿势跑法认认真真学一遍，一方面是为了自己能早日达到BQ，另一方面也是为了可以帮助到更多的人，能让大家都提高跑步成绩的同时远离伤病。所以要加油啦！
