Today I did a running workout for the first time after catching a cold. As I has not yet recovered fully, I planned to jog slowly. But I was able to run faster than expected.
今日は風邪を引いた後で初めてのランニングをしました。まだ完全に治ってはいないので、ゆっくりジョグをするつもりでしたが、思ったより速く走れてしまいました。

As I did not have much time today, I ran only 10km. Although the distance was short, I was able to run at a good pace. That eased my worry a little.
今日はあまり時間がなかったので10kmしかはしりませんでした。短い距離とはいえ、いいペースで走れたので、少し安心しました。
