Vuelvo con otro post de running. Este entrenamiento del 30 de septiembre fue de larga tirada, corriendo con intensidad y sin descansar. Quería correr más de 10 kilómetros y lo hice, empezando fuerte y acabando fuerte y aunque no acabé con fuerzas, creo que el entrenamiento fue genial y cumplió mis objetivos.

I'm back with another running post. This training on September 30 was a long run, running with intensity and without resting. I wanted to run more than 10 kilometers and I did it, starting strong and finishing strong and although I did not finish with strength, I think the training was great and it fulfilled my goals.

Corrí 10,04 kilómetros en 59 minutos y 41 segundos, con un ritmo medio que rozó los 6 minutos por kilómetro, en 5 minutos y 57 segundos y habiendo recorrido la distancia con una ganancia de altura de 79 metros y quemando 680 calorías. Un buen entrenamiento.

En el perfil del entrenamiento destaco que la media de pulsaciones ha subido un poco respecto a mis últimos entrenamientos, sitúandose en 165 pulsaciones por minuto. El ritmo parece muy irregular, no tuve esa impresión corriendo, pensaba que había sido más regular, pero parece que en las cuestas arriba bajé el ritmo mucho. En la altura se ven varias subidas y bajadas, fue un entrenamiento con distintas alturas durante el recorrido.

En las estadísticas generales se ve una frecuencia cardíaca máxima de 175 pulsaciones por minuto. Además, la ganancia y pérdida de altura se sitúan en 79 y 82 metros respectivamente. El ritmo óptimo fue de 4 minutos y 31 segundos.

The general statistics show a maximum heart rate of 175 beats per minute. In addition, the gain and loss of height are located at 79 and 82 meters respectively. The optimal rhythm was 4 minutes and 31 seconds.

En la vista de tramos de 1 kilómetro, corrí 6 kilómetros por debajo de los 6 minutos por kilómetro, incluso uno muy cerca de los 5 minutos y 30 segundos. En los 4 kilómetros que corrí por encima, hubo 1 kilómetro con un ritmo de 6 minutos y 24 segundos, siendo el más lento. Los mejores kilómetros fueron los dos primeros, que eran cuesta arriba y bajé de los 6 minutos en ambos.
