Gradually increasing milage and this week's runforsteem entry
After a couple of easy months due to a shin splint under my knee, I am gradually increasing milage and intensity again. I put in three runs in five days and my legs feel fine! I'll take a few days off now though, for resting, strength training and foam rolling. The first two runs happened with 30 degC outside while yesterday's run was in 20 degC. I could feel the difference so well, I am definately not evolutionally adapted for too hot weather.
This post is my runforsteem entry this week. Check out the challenge in the link!
While the first run was mostly on dirt trails, the second one was more on techical trails. The third run covered both trails, dirt roads and asphalt. Better get my feet used to everything and so thankful that they seem to accept it.
The day has only 23 hours and not 24, do you know why? Because one hour is booked always for running.

Glad to hear that the leg feels fine after these runs. Finges crossed! Onwards and upwards!
