"Cold" run this morning
I know it's not that cold for 8 a.m. but it's just that we are not used to that after a month of high temperatures. Few days ago, at the same time, the thermometer indicated more than 20°C. I'm not complaining at all, some freshness feels good!
I just did a short run like I usually do these days. But I think the "low" temperature had an impact (a good one) on my performance. I wanted to do a slow run and I didn't look at my watch during the run. After my run I saw that I wasn't that slow but I didn't feel tired at all.

Yeah it does. So it means that I can do better than what I did on my 20km race 2 months ago!
