Evening run and Lunch intervalls
I am starting to rely getting the running routine back together again.
On Sunday evening I went out on a run in a moderate speed. 10 k at a pace of 5:05 min/km. I tried to snatch a segment near the end but the max speed is still missing. I need to visit that segment again in a couple of weeks.
After the Eurovision Song Contest the song from Denmark struck a tone in me so the playlist of the run was filled with sword metal and dragons :) A genre I haven't listen to in a long while.

Today (Monday) is intervall day. Theres a group of runners where I work that has a permanent meeting booking at 11:35 every Monday. That time is reserved for 6 x 1 km intervalls. I feel that my legs and body needs a bit more workouts before I can manage 6 intervalls in the speed I want to run. So I am settling for 4 intervalls. 4 good intervalls, 3:38, 3:31, 3:32, 3:35. I don't think I have been so close in time with my intervalls.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
