Did you manage to do any 'plogging' on your run ? (I still love that word...)
I was fine once I got out in the open 😊
I haven't done any plogging for a week or two - there's a particular stretch of road that needs attention and I haven't been that way. Most of my runs since have either been short where I'm concentrating on running, or I'm combining the longer ones with errands and I'm not sure the University library will let me take a bag of rubbish into the social sciences reading room 😊. I've got a busy week or two at work, then I'll go out again.
