World cup gets off to a flying start with the hosts destroying the Saudis. Wow 5-0 didn't see that coming. Saudi Arabia were poor but Russia were good. I had Russia and Uruguay to win so half way there.
Todays other 2 games feature Morocco vs Iran/Spain vs Portugal
I'm going for a draw in both these games
Morocco and Iran are evenly matched and both cant afford to lose so draw wouldn't be a bad result, they probably both feel they will lose to Spain and Portugal so they wont want 3 loses so I'm predicting a draw
Spain vs Portugal is interesting. Spain would be red hot favourites but having just got rid of there manager could go either way. I might go for Portugal for win/draw, they have got Ronaldo and lack of a Spanish manager could be interesting.
These 2 teams may also feel that they each have the beating of Iran and Morocco so as long as they don't lose this game they are comfortable
Uruguay win, Spain/Portugal draw, Morocco/Iran draw
