TRUE FRIENDSHIP GOD WANTS.

There is no one who can stand lonely and say I can live with out friends. This can be counted as a big lie to the world because friends are parts of the life we live in.

A friend is some one be younger or older than you who understands you, supports your right opinions and stands righteous to correct you where you have gone wrong and will lead you a right path with out any further interest beyond friendship.

Most of friends if you ask them when did they became friends, it's hard for them to tell because friendship is naturally obtained with out any artificial force. If you force your self to be a friend some one, you will always regret or be crying because you will not be satisfied by their deeds.

I remember in my teen age, I had a friend who was fond of sexual desire. I can't count how many girls he had met with, I always told him that he must leave the dirty ways he was passing through but he ignored.In our high school, because we were neighbors, we decided to live in the same house, one day two girls came to visit us for an evening study, at around 8: 00 PM it rained and the girls could not travel in. That friend of mine said they would stay and wait for the rain to finish. But those were the tricks he had to see that it can become too late and they may stay for that night.

When it reached at 11:00 PM he called and said to me get one girl for the night its a favor God has done to us. But me I feared God and sinning, I said No I can't do it. It's their bad luck they wouldn't stay. He insisted and I denied until he got angrily with me and I decided to give them my room to sleep in and I stayed sitting on a chair until morning.

Since then that friend abandoned me and shifted to an other house and since then we separated but their after that friend has now acquired HIV/AIDS.

A friend will lift you up if you fall and stand a side of you when you get in misery.

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT FRIENDSHIP.

Referring to the Bible, there are many kinds of friendship that would direct us in choosing friends. David and Jonathan is a very good example of man of love and friendship with out any external interest. In the book of 1 Samuel 18:1-4 we find a story of how Jonathan loved David as he loved him self that he sealed a pact with David by taking off his royal robe to David,together with his tunic, sword,bow and belt and later after Jonathan died and David taking over the throne due to the love he loved too Jonathan he remembered the pact they sealed and asked any relative of David and showed kindness to Jonathan's son Mephibosheth.

In acts 9:26-29 also there is a story showing how Barnabas and Paul were great friends and when Barnabas testified that Saul (Paul) has now changed. This shows that a friend has to stand a side of you and testify who you are and supports you even if others leave you but a good friend will keep to be with you.

In today's life, the reason why friendship in now days last shortly, it's because people choose friends following other interests. If they get them they leave, if they fail to get they leave too.

KINDS OF FRIENDS.

1. FAKE FRIENDS.

These are the characteristics that will show you that these are fake friends you are living with.

• They run away when you face misery

• Fake friends are found of doing wicked and evil.

• They speak friendly words to you while they are planning evil

• They are impatient.

• They always tell lies.

• They take long to forgive.

• They always remind you the evil you did to them than good you did to them.

• They wish they can consume you do to you only what they will benefit in.

1. REAL FRIENDS.

These factors will show you that you are living with true friends.

• They stand a side of you when you rich in misery.

• They always fight for your good image against others.

• They feel proud of living with you.

• They are patient to you even if you sin against them.

• They don't wait you to repent to them but mercy and forgiveness is their smile and sight to you.

HOW TO CHOOSE BEST FRIENDSHIPS.

Every one was born lonely and his unique time but good friends are the good gifts we meet and receive in our life.

When you are choosing friends you have to base on those who will not hurt you, whom you fill to be proud with and will not be ashamed to present them to others.

In the book of PROVERBS 22:24-25 tells us not to befriend angry people or associate with hot-tampered people, or else we will learn to be like them and endanger our souls.

Where friends are there are no limits.
If we follow the lessons from the Bible, we will learn how to choose best of the friends to live with.

The Bible in the book of PROVERBS 18:24 says: "There are friends who destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother."

In our family lives, there is no one greater than a brother or a sister, be younger or elder than to you but is of very important. Even look how many secrets you used to be telling each other when you were still young even thou even if you are married, there still some secrets you tell each other.

Look how a brother and a sister are of important, but a true friend is incomparable to them. Still taking an example to David and Jonathan, there is none of David's brothers is remembered to today as Jonathan is remembered for his love and kindness to David.

In may conclude by advising you to choose true friends who will be to shine for you even in the darkness to cross the valley of life and reach your dreams.
