What is sand extraction at all?

Sand pits actually stem from the need to move sand from place to place. We know the sand mainly from the beach, but there is actually sand in many places in the construction industry, in various industries such as glass industries, in various sandboxes in kindergartens, on volleyball and soccer fields in urban compounds, in Olympic athletics stadiums and as we have already mentioned in hundreds of thousands of construction sites throughout Israel. Sand is a necessary raw material that we must use for a wide range of processes, and for its transportation it is necessary to pump it efficiently.

What does pumping require?

Sand extraction is not a simple task at all because thorough work is needed, and grains of sand do not allow it so easily. Sand grains are less than half a millimeter in size and it is very difficult to work with such material that can enter any place in the system that will pump it and create many problems. This is why extrusion is so useful in cleaning, such as sand blasting, because it can enter even the thinnest tissues. However, when the need arises to pump it is a major drawback and therefore need appropriate pumping tools.

How do you draw the sand?

Sand extraction is carried out by qualified people who have a suitable license and of course with the appropriate equipment, which includes large pumps that usually connect to large containers. When it comes to the need to clean a place there are smaller containers and tools that can be manually and sometimes carry them without any real problem. However, the construction industry sometimes uses a large truck with the pumping mechanism in it and the sand reaches directly to its back. The capacity of the tank depends mainly on the cargo capacity of the truck.

Strong engine and optimized pipe

As mentioned above, all parts of the system must be 100 percent fit for sand extraction because the sand can greatly endanger the system. The system will be opaque in all the parts to which the sand can reach, which explains how much engineering is not destroyed even after many pumping. The strong motor succeeds in producing extremely high negative pressure when it is the one that effectively drains the sand through the adapted pipe. The pipe itself will usually have a brush tip suitable for sand extraction for cleaning purposes, but sometimes it will be a regular round mouth, usually a relatively small mouthpiece to create the pressure required for effective pumping.

Before you draw the sand, you need to understand how much it is and so it will be possible to better match the pumping tools to the pump itself. For example, if you need to pump sand from a sandbox in a kindergarten with the aim of replacing it, as a kindergarten should do at least every year, it is necessary to understand how much sand it is to choose a strong enough truck to pump and transport the sand in one fell swoop. It is also possible that the outline will be different, especially if it is in the construction industry when it is necessary to clean the sand residues from a particular area, even then it is necessary to understand the complex outline and find a creative solution.

Who can perform the pumping?

There are machines that can be rented and can suck sand in a very efficient way, but it is recommended to call a suitable professional who knows how to perform the task out of experience and not out of logic. Sand blasts just sound simple, and as you've already understood, pumping can be very inefficient and you'll do Sisyphean work.
