Keep peace

The praise was: "Victory", and especially in the part that said: "If I keep my peace, He fights the battle, victory is my victory". Exactly when he said: "He fights the battle", my little son raised his hand up and with his finger pointed to the sky. I was filled with emotion to see how he sang and even more so that in that part he raised his hand and pointed his finger at the sky, that made me think that they were aware of what he was singing and at the same time God gave me material to write this. At just three years old, Uziel is a psalmist, and best of all, he is aware of what he sings.

I personally like to sing that beautiful praise of joy, because in his letter he mentions a total truth: "If I maintain my peace, He fights the battle". And it is that easy, and the truth is easy in theory, but difficult in practice.

Definitely, each one of us went through so many difficult situations that merited us to maintain peace in the midst of untimely and harsh events in life. That is so, every day we will face situations that will want to rob us of peace or want to make us doubt the power of God over our life. But even in the midst of any storm that may come upon us, we must keep the peace.

Maybe the last days something has completely robbed you of peace, maybe what you're going through you think is so hard to bear that even the dream has gone away. Your face is no longer the same, maybe you look in the mirror and you notice that something has changed, seeing you can see how everything is affecting you, how what you are experiencing is causing that joy you kept to vanish.

You are living a few days in anguish, now you are prey to worry, your heart beats at a different rhythm and that rhythm dictates the problem you are experiencing, but at this time there is something that God wants you to know, it is something simple but it has an extraordinary power, this is:

HE FIGHTS FOR YOU
Although for our mind it is difficult to process, there is a TOTAL truth, and this is: "When we keep the peace, we must be sure that God will fight for us".

Reflecting on all this, it took me to the episode of Jehoshaphat, when the enemy peoples came together to come against the Israelite people, more God told them the following:

"However, you will not even have to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the victory of the LORD. He is with you, people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out tomorrow against them, because the LORD is with you! "
2 Chronicles 20:17 (New Living Translation)

That is what God will do in your life through what you are currently experiencing, God wants you to trust, to maintain peace because He has never lost a war, God is with you and when God is with you, you have all the chance to win, So faith and keep peace in the midst of any circumstance.

Have peace, it is time to cast all anxiety on the Lord, it is time to deposit everything that worries you in the hands of God, knowing that He is the one who fights for you.

Never doubt that God is at your side, He has never departed from you, despite the situations that may come to your life, you have to be sure that God is with you, even if you feel that you are alone in this, not these, God is with you, even when you think that the battle is lost, it is not, because God is the one who fights, just rest, just keep the peace, because God will do something wonderful in your life.

Today I want to end with some words that Joshua the successor of Moses told the people of Israel before seeing the power of God to act on their lives, take this word for you:

"Sanctify yourselves, for the Lord will do wonders tomorrow among you."
