Loving God above all things
Loving God is one of the greatest commandments we have as Christians, because we must remember that before we were born God already loved us. God has commanded us to love him because if we truly get to love him we will see his heavenly kingdom in us and we will walk in victorious steps.
Matthew 22: 35-38
“And one of them, an interpreter of the law, asked to tempt him, saying: Teacher, what is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said to him: You will love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment."( Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
God must be loved with the heart sincerely with the soul and with all our mind, that the first thing that abounds in our hearts is his word so that we can praise him with all our soul and keep his precepts in our thoughts in order to worship all The days of our lives.
