that's why I bring you that recipe for a chocolate cake. my brothers of @SC-V

For Torta:
• 3 Cup of leavening flour
• 1 Teaspoon of Bicarbonate
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup of Cocoa
• 300 milliliters of oil
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 Teaspoon of Vanilla
• 2 Teaspoon of Vinegar
• 3 Egg Units
• 2 Cup of Sugar


For filling and covering:
• 1.5 Cup of boiling water
• 1 Cocoa Cup
• 2 cups of condensed milk
• 2 evaporated milk can
• 2 Butter soup spoon

Elaboration:

  1. To prepare our chocolate cake we will start with the sponge cake. To do this, sift flour 3 times with baking soda, cocoa and salt. Cocoa can be any chocolate powder you get in stores.
  2. Then add the oil and mix well with a wooden or wooden spoon. The measure of 320 milliliters of oil equals 1 1/3 cups. Then combine the milk with the vanilla and vinegar and add to the previous mixture.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs and add to the preparation, it is important that all the ingredients of our homemade chocolate cake are well integrated in this step. Finally add the sugar and with this last ingredient, try to mix instead of beat. The dough should have a uniform and homogeneous appearance.
  4. To complete the preparation of the cake of chocolate cake, empty all the mixture in a mold, previously smeared with butter, and bring to the oven preheated to 180º for about 30 minutes. To know if the chocolate cake is ready you can click the center with a toothpick. Once removed from the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes and remove it from the mold to cool.
  5. Now we will continue with the preparation of the cover. For the filling and bathing of the chocolate cake easy we have to dissolve the cocoa or chocolate powder in the boiling water. Add the milks and bring to cook over a low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens and takes the desired consistency. Incorporate the butter. Remove and leave to use.
  6. Finally, for the complete assembly of the chocolate cake, the already cold cake is divided in two, the two parts are re-united with a layer of filling and lightly covered with the remaining cream of the filling. Remember that you can alternate the filling of your chocolate cake with condensed milk or dulce de leche.
