Greetings to the whole community.

"Free to develop our potential" is the theme that we will share in this new opportunity. The Word of God says in 1 Corinthians 9:24:

Do not you know that those who run in the stadium, all run to the truth, but only one takes the prize? Run in such a way that you get it.

When we have confidence and are free from the fears that torture us, we are able to develop our potential and be all that God wants us to be. But we can not develop our potential if we fear failure.
We will be so afraid of failing or making mistakes that it will prevent us from taking the step.

When we are insecure, we often stay with what is safe and familiar, rather than risk failing.

Consider this, that when God is ready to move our lives, we must believe that He will equip us with what we need at the time we need them.

Our problem is not honestly recognizing that we are not ready to take the next step, but to think with pride that we are ready when we are really not ready. Pride always causes problems and in the end leads to failure. Trusting humbly in God leads to success. I believe that God calls us to take the step when we do not feel prepared, so that we have to rest totally in Him.

Insecurity, doubt and fear can prevent us from reaching our full potential. But if our trust is in Christ instead of in ourselves, we are free to develop our potential, because we are free from the fear of failure.

As Christians, our main task is "the development of our personal potential".

In other words, where there is potential, all the necessary parts to achieve success are there, but have not yet been put into action. They still need something to move them, to empower them and motivate them. They often have the shape of an embryo, they have to develop.

The potential can not manifest without form. There must be something to pour it out, something that helps you take shape and be useful.

The amount of potential in the world that has not been developed and that is wasted is pathetic. God places a part of himself in each one of us. We were created in His image, and He is full of potential, with God there is no impossible (Matthew 19:26).

We all have potential and many of us want to see it manifested, but often we are not willing to wait, to decide and work hard to develop the potential. We have many wishes and few facts.
The development and manifestation of the potential requires a firm faith, not a simple desire.

Dreams and visions develop in a similar way to how a child develops in his mother's womb. The mother has to do certain things in a certain way, or else the child will not be born healthy. You must wait for the full time of gestation; A premature birth can make a child very prone to getting sick. She should also be willing to endure difficult work so that what she carries in her belly comes to light. Any woman who has given birth and remembers her labor can confirm that and say yes and amen!
