DEAR CHILDREN WE DO NOT LOVE WORD OR LIPS FOR OUTSIDE, BUT WITH FACTS AND TRUTH. IN THIS WE KNOW THAT WE ARE OF THE TRUTH, AND WE FEEL SAFE BEFORE HIM, THAT EVEN IF OUR HEART CONDEMNS US, GOD IS BIGGER THAN OUR HEART AND HE KNOWS EVERYTHING.1 juan 3.18-20

When a person loves you in reality, he shows it to you with his actions, people have around us many types of relationships, in turn different types of affections and ways of loving.

Jehovah showed love to human beings even before creating Adam and Eve. For example, he created Earth to be our eternal home and had everything necessary not only for us to survive, but so that we can enjoy life to the fullest. And he did everything for our benefit, not for his. In addition, he gave human beings the possibility of living forever in Paradise.

After the rebellion of Adam and Eve, Jehovah made his greatest expression of selfless love. He was so sure that some of their descendants would love him that he did what was necessary to rescue them (Gen. 3:15, 1 John 4:10). From the moment that Jehovah promised a Savior, it was as if the sacrifice of his Son had already occurred. Some four thousand years later, Jehovah gave his only begotten Son for all mankind even though that caused him immense pain (John 3:16). How grateful we are!

As we were created in the image of God, we are capable of showing selfless love. It is true that sometimes it is difficult to do it, because we have inherited the imperfection, but it is possible. For example, Abel demonstrated his love for God by offering him the best he had (Gen. 4: 3, 4). Noah showed love for his neighbor by preaching for decades even though people did not listen to him (2 Peter 2: 5). And Abraham showed that his love for God was stronger than any other feeling in being willing to sacrifice his son Isaac (James 2:21). Like these faithful men, we want to show love even when it is difficult to do so.

We show that we love Jehovah with all our mind by submitting to him mentally. For example, we try to have his point of view of things, we count on him when we make decisions and we trust that his guidance is the best (Proverbs 3: 5, 6, Isaiah 55: 9, Philippians 2: 3-7). Now, how can we use our energies to show him that we love him?

There are many young people in the Christian congregation who dedicate their energies to praising Jehovah (Proverbs 20:29, Ecclesiastes 12: 1). One way to do it with all your strength is by participating in the full-time service. Many mothers take advantage of their children going to school to be precursors. Faithful elders who, in addition to caring for the welfare of their family, make grazing visits also show that they love Jehovah with all their might (2 Corinthians 12:15). Jehovah gives power to those who wait on him, so that they can show him his love by praising him with all his might (Isaiah 40:29, Hebrews 6:11, 12).

Love grows if it is cultivated properly. Therefore, we should spend time meditating on what Jehovah has done for us and the reasons why he deserves our devotion. As imperfect descendants of Adam, we will never be worthy of "the things that God has prepared for those who love him," but we can show that we love Jehovah with our whole being. Let's continue doing it (1 Corinthians 2: 9).

It is the realities and deeds of men and circumstances, not words or sermons that make history. The words, once said, are carried by the wind and only the works performed are left.

As much as believers say "Lord, Lord" (Mt.7,21), it is the facts and attitudes we take in life that will tell us what kind of Christians we are.

The tree is known for its fruits, not for the litter (Mt.7,20). Each one expresses what he is, not through beautiful words, but with the reality of his life: "Works are loves and not good reasons".

Precisely one of the constant praises that are made in the Bible of God, is precisely about his great works full of love: "How great are your works, Lord!" (Ps.111,2).

So, brothers, let us show our love to our neighbor, to our loved ones, friends, family, and above all to God with facts that we feel we love him with our heart.

Well said @susanalara many people with their lips honor us but their hearts are far from God ...
