She's a math researcher working at NASA. She is the first mathematician to receive the National freedom medal in 2015. She was born in 1918 in America. When he started to admire numbers at the age of 10. Katherine graduated from high school at the age of 14 and graduated from University at the age of 18 without losing any speed. In 1953, NACA (National Aeronautical Advisory Board) started working before NASA.
When his interest in space and astronomy began to increase in 1953, she turned the Langley Research Center into an opportunity and showed his mathematical skills to the employees and went to work. She started getting offers from many places. But he didn't change where she worked to do more important tasks.
Johnson worked as a mathematician at NASA until 1986. It combined Mathematics and technological advances and became NASA's backbone.

NASA won the” Lunar Orbiter " operation team Award for calculating the location of five NASA spacecraft orbiting the moon in 1967. In 2015, President Barack Obama won the Presidential Freedom Medal, the highest citizenship Award.
At the age of 100, Katherine Johnson is still attending a number of events organized by NASA, describing their work and their experience in life.
