Chengdu J-20, China's fifth generation stealth fighter jet, has been proud of Beijing as its most advanced stealth jet. However, the Sukhoi Su-30 aircraft operated by the Indian military managed to detect and track them.

Indian Air Force commander Arup Shaha confirmed the tracking of the J-20 China, which is during flight training over Tibet. The Su-30 detected and tracked Beijing's Beijing's stealth fighter jet from Indian airspace.

The Indian military claims could undermine Beijing's sophisticated reputation for stealth aircraft that is considered a competitor to the US F-35 and Russia's Su-35 fighter jets.

Chengdu J-20 was developed since 2002 and started operation in 2017. Recently, the stealth fighter jet aircraft performed its first combat training.

"The Sukhoi Radar can see it.New Chinese jet is not so invisible. There is no special technology needed to detect the J-20, as it can be detected by ordinary radar stations," said Shaha, quoted by Indian Defense Research Wing, Sunday (20 / 5/2018).

China, which has been developing J-20 fighter jets since 2002 to date, has nine prototypes and two pre-series units. Beijing claims the J-20 has recently successfully completed its first combat training, without mentioning the location.
