Moons in a ring
At first glance, it's a wonder it hasn't gobbled up all the available material yet.
But that is because Enceladus is spewing the material that makes up and is constantly adding to the ring.

I wonder the net flow of moon material over time. I imagine some falls back down eventually, it's hurtling through it after all. Maybe it's loosing or gaining mass. Maybe it's even in dynamic equilibrium.
Are those other dots moons too?
Yup, saturn has plenty. The ring is just ice so probably not that much mass in overall relation to the size of the moon
So which would you guess, loosing mass?
Considering the age of these things it must be pretty stable given that both still exist
