The electric comet

in #science6 years ago

Are comets perhaps not the 'dirty snowballs' that are so often portrayed in the media and in astronomical journals?

In fact, the comets which have been observed to date do not look like a body composed of ice and dirt. Instead, they look like rocks-- having sharp edges and hard surfaces.

Space mission after space mission makes this same discovery, raising the question of what comets really are and how they function. What can explain that glowing coma surrounding comets or the fact that they often break up in space?

An answer that is both simple and elegant gives the electric universe: comets are rocks moving through an electrical gradient in space. Their strange and surprising behavior is the result of electrical phenomena that become predictable once a different understanding of space is adopted. Namely that space and the cosmos is not mainly driven by gravity, but by the electric force.

I'm especially interested in the electric theory when it pertains to the double-lobed comets such as 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko. Perchance it has something to do with bipolar electrical fields? I would so love to find out!

The Thunderbolts Project is a great resource and paired with the Suspicious Observers, I get a lot of info on "alternative" science. Hopefully, it'll become more mainstream as people start to become aware of the holes in the currently accepted science.
