You should know that duplicate content is not allowed here on SteemIt.
Cheetah is a bot that is designed to detect if an article (or a piece of it) already exists on the web. If it does, you get a vote and a comment from Cheetah. The comment is meant to let your readers know that your content is not unique. People won't upvote content that is not unique.
I don't know if you copied the article from Medium, or if you are the actual writer who published it on Medium, using the username 'Dammnn', but it both cases, it is not allowed.
If the article is really yours, you should make sure you post it on SteemIt first, before you publish it on other sites (preferably a couple of days later).

There is a way to share interesting articles, though.
You can use Dlike to post a link to the article, and add your personal thoughts to it, or write a unique piece of text that explains what the article is about (in your own words, of course - no copy/paste).
